         With 7 years of experience in legal and managerial roles, including serving as a government lawyer and as a general manager and immigration lawyer for an international Swiss service company, I bring a robust foundation in Business Law to my current focus on residential and commercial construction. I specialize in sustainable property development, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet high standards and regulatory requirements. My expertise includes contract management, client communication, and overseeing sales and marketing efforts. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly properties that positively impact communities.

David Wahba brings a wealth of experience in client relations and project management. His exceptional communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. David’s commitment to understanding our clients' needs and delivering beyond expectations makes him an invaluable part of our team.
